1. Who we are

This website is operated by Ace HR. By using it, or by buying a licence or service from us, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Use of this website

You may use this site to learn about Ace HR, request a demo, and contact us. You may not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.

3. Information on this site

We keep the descriptions, feature lists, and prices on this site accurate and current. They are not a contractual offer in themselves — the terms that bind us are those on the invoice and in the Licence Agreement at the time of your purchase. Prices may change, but a price we have quoted to you in writing holds for thirty days.

4. Purchases and payment

• Licences and add-ons are invoiced in the currency shown on our pricing page, exclusive of any taxes or duties your organization is liable for.
• Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Your licence key and access to the source are issued once payment clears.
• Recurring items — the updates and support renewal, and priority support — renew only if you choose to renew them. We will not auto-charge you.
• If we cannot get Ace HR running in your environment within thirty days of purchase, we refund the licence fee in full.

5. Services we provide

Installation, migration, support, and custom development are described on this site and quoted individually. Each engagement is governed by the scope in its quote. Where a service depends on access or information from you, timelines assume that arrives when agreed.

6. Your software, your infrastructure

Ace HR is self-hosted. Once installed, it runs on infrastructure you control, and we have no operational role in it unless you engage us for one. We do not host your data, monitor your installation, or have access to it. What the software does and does not do once it is yours is set out in the Licence Agreement.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, design, logos, and images — belongs to Ace HR. The software itself is licensed to you on the terms of the Licence Agreement, not transferred.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide this website as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the website itself. Our liability in relation to the software and paid services is addressed in the Licence Agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version in force for a purchase is the version published when that purchase was made, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes fall to the courts of Nepal.
